Weekends In The Park...

Fort Canning Hill is one of Singapore’s most historic landmarks. Several key historic events took place on Fort Canning Hill during the British colonial rule in Singapore. It has since been named by the Singapore government as a national heritage.

If you are still unsure of where and what to do this weekend, you should head to the “Weekends In The Park” held by the National Parks at Fort Canning Park this Saturday, 4th March 2017 for a gastronomic and historical trail. There’s plenty of fun-filled activities lined up for you and admission is free! So, bring your families and friends along for a different weekend experience!

I was honoured to have an exclusive preview to the gastonomic trail and here's the many exciting activities I did during the entire trail!

Housed in a black and white colonial bungalow in a garden setting at Fort Canning Park, Lewin Terrace is an award-winning Japanese-French fusion restaurant that features French & Japanese cooking techniques and a produce-driven approach.

Besides dining in their lunch menu at a special price (only for the event), you will also get the chance to see a live cooking demonstration with fresh herbs and dried spices.
